Student Recruitment System

Prospective students for the Undergraduate Programs may begin their journey with UBC through the Undergraduate Future Student Portal.  The new Portal is a web-based prospect and recruitment management application, backed by the UBC CRM UNI system.  It was built with Salesforce.com (SFDC) at the core, and integrated with:

  • Analytics and Segments: Qualtrics
  • Marketing: Salesforce Marketing Cloud

On the other hand, prospective students applying to UBC for Graduate Programs may submit their online applications through the Graduate Studies Online Application.  Backed by Tribal eVision, the system was designed to provide a paperless submission of applications.

Both systems are fully integrated with the following systems:

  • Student Information System (SIS)
  • Identity & Access Management (IAM)
