What Are The Idle And Disconnect Times?
By default, the remote session will automatically time out and log you out after 30 minutes of inactivity and a disconnected session will be terminated after 10 minutes (unless otherwise communicated by your Faculty).
Where Do I Save My Work?
UBC MS OneDrive provides you with 1 TB of data storage and allows you to securely store files and folders from anywhere at any time. To access OneDrive:
- Go to https://portal.office.com
- Sign in with your UBC email

For faculty and staff - firstname.lastname@ubc.ca

What Printing Options Are Available?
Within a remote session you can print documents to a pdf file using Microsoft Print to PDF and save it to MS OneDrive or email it to yourself.
