The UBC SharePoint Software as a Service (SaaS) is a web-based communication and collaboration platform. The SharePoint Service is hosted on an on-premise infrastructure managed by UBC IT.

- Information stored on SharePoint are backed up with restore capabilities
Price
- $100 per month for hosting
- $1.50/GB/year for additional storage with a minimum increment of 50GB
Site hosting fees include support and maintenance for:
- Basic technical support to address issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide guidance
- Regular system maintenance activities such as updates, patches and backups
- Monitoring and performance tuning to ensure optimal system health and performance
Professional Services are offered at a billable rate for services beyond the scope of support and maintenance. Examples of our offered professional services include:

- Custom development of views and dashboards for data visualizations and analysis
